Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Associate at the Harley-Davidson Corporate Retail Shop is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting guests with their purchases, and ensuring a memorable retail experience. This role involves maintaining store presentation, handling transactions, and embodying the Harley-Davidson brand in interactions with visitors.


Key Responsibilities:
•    Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
•    Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
•    Maintain store appearance by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
•    Assist in executing promotional events and sales initiatives.
•    Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson products and brand history.
•    Uphold security measures and loss prevention strategies.
•    Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and enhance the customer experience.
•    Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications:
•    Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions.
•    Enthusiasm for Harley-Davidson and its brand culture.
•    Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
•    Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
