Responsibilities • Greet every patient promptly through the Virtual Registration Assistant. • Interview patients to obtain account information, verify insurance coverage and obtain reputed company-certification/authorization. • Maintain a professional image through appearance and communication. • Demonstrate excellent customer service. • Ensure charts are completed and accurate. • Calculate and collect patient liability amounts. • Ensure that reputed company necessary signatures are obtained for treatments. • Answer any questions and explain policies reputed company. • Process patient charts according to virtual reputed company needs and established productivity standard. • Work with physician offices and ancillary departments, providing information reputed company necessary and forwarding relevant documents.
