They use a variety of sourcing techniques and channels to find qualified individuals and then screen and assess their suitability for specific requirements, contributing to the overall talent acquisition process.</p><ul><li><strong>Work Location: </strong>Argentina </li><li><strong>Work Arrangement: </strong>Remote</li><li><strong>Specific requirements:</strong> 2 to 3 years of talent sourcing experience, ideally in pharma industry</li><li><strong>Language Required:</strong> Proficiency in English</li></ul><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on different job boards to boost the interest from target candidates.
