This role will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to transform raw data into actionable insights through scalable dashboards, advanced reporting, and ad-hoc analyses. The ideal candidate is fluent in modern BI tooling and SQL, and is passionate about turning complex datasets into clear, decision-ready stories.</p> <h2><strong>In this role, you will: <span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></strong></h2> <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support Sales, GTM, and executive stakeholders</li> <li>Develop and optimize complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and data models to power performant, self-service BI experiences</li> <li>Write efficient, well-documented SQL queries against Google BigQuery (and other data warehouses) to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets</li> <li>Build and maintain reusable data models, semantic layers, and dataset pipelines that ensure a single source of truth across the organization</li> <li>Automate recurring reporting workflows and replace manual spreadsheets with scalable, governed BI solutions</li> <li>Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline, forecasting, conversion rates, win/loss, productivity, and other GTM KPIs to surface trends and opportunities</li> <li>Document data definitions, KPI logic, and reporting processes; train end users on dashboards and self-serve analytics best practices</li> <li>Identify and resolve bottlenecks in reporting workflows, and recommend improvements to data architecture, tooling, and analytics processes</li> </ul> <h2>Critical Skills: </h2> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience building production dashboards in Power BI and/or Tableau (both is a plus)</li> <li>Strong proficiency with DAX and Power Query (M) for data modeling and advanced calculations</li> <li>Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schemas, fact/dimension design, semantic layers)</li> <li>Experience working with cloud data warehouses (Google BigQuery preferred; Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks also valued)</li> <li>Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query)</li> <li>Familiarity with Salesforce data structures and reporting is a strong plus</li> <li>Exposure to Python or R for data analysis, and version control (Git) is a plus</li> <li>Data storytelling and visualization skills, with the ability to translate analyses into clear executive-ready narratives</li> <li>Acute attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and a customer-centric, can-do attitude</li> <li>Ability to manage concurrent projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight timelines</li> <li>Strong initiative and confidence to drive projects to completion with limited supervision</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements:</h2> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline)</li> <li>2-5 years of experience in a reporting, analytics, or BI-focused role, ideally supporting Sales, GTM, or Revenue Operations</li> <li>Proven track record of delivering BI and analytics projects</li> <li>Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders to translate needs into reliable, scalable analytics solutions</li> <li>Ability to work effectively with AI‑assisted tools while applying sound professional judgement and accountability for outputs.</li> <li> <div> <div id="message-list_1780420168.023959"> <div> <div>Demonstrable experience using AI‑enabled tools as part of day‑to‑day work activities to improve efficiency, quality, or decision‑making</div> <div> </div> <div>#LI-Remote</div> <div>#LI-AF1</div> </div> </div> </div> </li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Who we are and what we stand for:</strong></p> <p>Nozomi Networks is the leader in OT and IoT Cybersecurity.
