Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of assigned properties. Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure they are meeting performance standards. Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify any maintenance or safety concerns. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure the properties are well-maintained. Respond to resident service requests and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution. Monitor and manage the budget for maintenance and repairs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses. Hire, train, and supervise maintenance staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Foster a positive and professional working relationship with residents and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with property management to develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement new processes and procedures as needed. Prepare reports and communicate property maintenance updates to management. Conduct regular meetings with maintenance staff to discuss performance, address any concerns, and provide training as needed.
