Cannabis Creative Group is seeking an experienced PPC & Meta Ads Specialist to take complete ownership of client onboarding and campaign execution. The role involves building high-performing advertising systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving conversion rates while collaborating closely with account teams. Responsibilities • Own the complete onboarding process for new advertising clients from initial discovery through campaign launch • Set up and configure conversion tracking across multiple platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom landing pages with form CTAs • Implement tracking via Google Tag Manager and ensure accurate data flow into GA4 • Establish proper attribution models and reporting frameworks for each client (eCommerce and Lead Generation) • Develop and execute full-funnel advertising strategies focused on driving qualified conversions and sales, not vanity metrics • Lead campaign strategy across Meta Ads (primary focus), LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic channels • Provide creative direction and write high-converting ad copy that aligns with brand voice and conversion goals • Build and optimize campaigns with a deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and platform algorithms • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and meet client KPIs • Conduct regular performance analysis and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency • Stay current on platform updates, new features, and industry best practices • Partner with our account management team to ensure seamless client service delivery • Join monthly client calls to present strategy recommendations, share insights, and discuss performance • Translate complex data and strategies into clear, actionable insights for clients Skills • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience at a digital marketing agency • Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager with proven track record of successful campaigns • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) • Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and programmatic advertising platforms • Demonstrated experience setting up conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager • Proficiency with GA4 setup, analysis, and reporting • Experience with e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify and WooCommerce • Strong copywriting skills with portfolio of ad creative • Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization and landing page best practices Company Overview • Cannabis Creative award winning web design & performance based marketing solutions.
