The Coordinator, Podcast Marketing will support audience growth across the podcast portfolio by collaborating on promotional plans, managing workflows, and analyzing performance metrics. Responsibilities Support go-to-market and always-on plans for both new and existing podcasts with an emphasis on audience development Help identify listener acquisition, recirculation and engagement opportunities within both the Audacy ecosystem and on external platforms Manage internal promo workflows, including vetting, creative trafficking, and campaign coordination Assist in communication with third-party podcast platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.) Collaborate cross-functionally with Audacy teams to support strategic, multi-platform marketing campaigns around podcast launches and other major initiatives As relevant, support holistic paid media efforts, including planning, activation, optimization and reporting Assist in developing creative briefs that clearly identify audience targets and campaign objectives Coordinate with internal creative teams to develop campaign supporting assets (audio, video, and visual creative) Support content teams to craft promotional copy, show descriptions, metadata, and keyword strategies that improve discoverability across podcast platforms Help manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple shows, stakeholders, and external vendors simultaneously Maintain clear and organized communication systems to ensure campaigns move efficiently from planning through execution Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment in a fast-paced media setting Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness Maintain consistent reporting on delivered promotional value per partner Prepare regular performance updates on promotional efforts Stay informed on podcast industry trends, and consider how Audacy can meaningfully evolve marketing efforts to meet new opportunities in the market Skills 1-3 years experience in podcasting or digital marketing, relevant internship experience welcomed Strong understanding of the podcast ecosystem and passion for entertainment and culture content Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to capture the voice of the show in promotional copy Strong critical thinking skills and an ability to make informed decisions based on data and business goals Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities Familiarity with digital media buying, audience targeting, and campaign analytics Knowledge of podcast platform ecosystems, audience growth strategies, and entertainment marketing best practices Benefits A health care coordinator Medical Dental Vision Mental health Telemedicine Flexible spending accounts Health savings account Disability Life insurance Critical illness Hospital indemnity Accident insurance Paid time off (sick, flex-time away/vacation days, personal, parental, volunteer) 401(k) retirement plan Student loan payment assistance program Legal assistance Life assistance program Identity theft protection Discounted home and auto insurance Pet insurance Company Overview Audacy is a leading audio content and entertainment company.
