Every patient who has a scheduled appointment, we verify the patient's dental coverage and benefits.RESPONSIBILITIES:Review doctor's schedule for daily appointmentsVerify if patient's dental benefits are due for insurance verificationProvide a complete breakdown for the patientsVerify coverage each month the patient has a scheduled appointmentWork closely with the operations team at the dental offices to locate missing insurance informationWork closely with the billing teams on dental plans that have limited coverage or changesPerforms all other duties as assigned; and,Ability to communicate with team and doctors -this is KEY!NOTE: This is a mid-shift position, hours are 11 am - 8 pm CST.
