You will be responsible for adhering to SOP and meeting the assigned goals. Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, partners, and management. The candidate should have a track record of delivering results, experience processing large amount of data and report generation & management. The candidate should be able to resolve issues with minimal guidance.<br /><br />A Day in the life of a Sr Compliance Associate: You follow the SOP, feedback and guidance provided to ensure incoming requests are fulfilled with optimal productivity, assured quality, and within set SLAs. You support the team and organization in various projects.<br /><br />Key job responsibilities<br />1. Fulfill incoming requests following set Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).<br />2. Maintain defined quality standards.<br />3. Provide ideas, collaborate across internal teams and stakeholders for process improvement projects.<br />4. Be open to operating in rotational shifts (any 5 days in a week).
