Trusted by some of the biggest household names across EMEA, AMERS, and APAC.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p><p>You sit between client, market, and product in AMERS. You take client problems and market opportunities, frame the commercial and platform response, and shape the delivery. You step into the detail when needed and have line management responsibilities to coach, guide, and grow Product Managers.</p><p>This is a player-coach role. You set the standard for how Glow Product Managers work, keep the team unblocked, and represent the portfolio at executive level. You will work within a regulated financial services environment, balancing commercial outcomes, customer outcomes, risk, compliance and operational scalability.</p><p>Travel to clients expected, typically a couple of times a month.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p><ul><li>Engage clients directly across AMERS. Take their problems and opportunities, frame the response, and shape what the platform delivers.</li><li>Step into the detail on a priority product, client implementation, or strategic initiative where direct ownership is required. Write the specs yourself, hold the trade-offs, ship to plan.</li><li>Coach, guide, and grow Product Managers. Raise the bar on product craft, set their direction, and back their decisions.</li><li>Support deliveries across other regions when required. Bring AMERS context to global product conversations.</li><li>Partner with the VP of Product and leadership on portfolio strategy and commercial trade-offs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT WE LOOK FOR</strong></p><ul><li>Significant product leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, or leading other Product Managers.</li><li>Senior problem-solving track record. You take a client problem or market opportunity, frame the commercial and platform response, and shape the delivery. You make the call on what the platform should do, configure, or reject.</li><li>Telco, embedded finance, or B2B SaaS background preferred.</li><li>Strong commercial instincts. Holds a P&L conversation with executives and a sequencing call with engineering in the same day.</li><li>Comfortable using everyday tools, including AI assistants, to work efficiently.</li></ul>
