Job Overview:

As a Gate Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors arriving at our resort. Your warm welcome and exceptional service will set the tone for their experience. This role is responsible for monitoring incoming traffic, ensuring only authorized vehicles gain access, and providing helpful information and directions. By maintaining a secure and welcoming entrance, you contribute to an atmosphere of hospitality and safety for all guests, members, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warm Welcome: Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor to create an inviting first impression.
  • Information Resource: Provide clear directions and information about hotel amenities, facilities, and services.
  • Access Control: Monitor and manage incoming traffic, allowing entry only to authorized vehicles, including guests, members, and approved visitors.
  • Security & Verification: Adhere to established security protocols by verifying the identity and purpose of those entering the property.
  • Guest Assistance: Address inquiries regarding parking, venue locations, and general hotel policies with attentiveness and care.
  • Efficient Traffic Flow: Manage peak arrival times with composure, ensuring smooth and orderly vehicle access.
  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with security personnel and other departments to uphold safety and service standards.
  • Observation & Reporting: Remain alert for any unusual activity, promptly notifying the appropriate personnel of security concerns.
  • Effective Communication: Relay important information clearly to guests, visitors, and team members to enhance overall efficiency.
