Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and qualify leads.
  • Promote real estate offerings and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Maintain and update client information using CRM tools.
  • Follow up with clients to build lasting relationships and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional service and maintain a high standard of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in real estate.
  • Professional English communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential.
  • Experience of working with CRM systems (Bitrix) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to handle calls gracefully and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Multilingual candidates are preferred (Arabic, French, German, Russian, etc.).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Own visa preferred.
