Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services. </li><li>Leadership & Teamwork – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships. </li><li>Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies. </li><li>Delivery Operations – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules. </li><li>Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors. </li><li>Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment. </li><li>Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies. </li><li>Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
