About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator who is fluent in both English and Spanish to support our growing recruitment team. In this role, you’ll serve as a crucial link between candidates, hiring managers, and HR, ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding process for all new employees.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing onboarding paperwork — all while delivering an exceptional candidate experience in both languages.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate fluently and professionally with candidates and team members in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing, collecting, and tracking all required new hire paperwork and documentation.
  • Manage candidate data and updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Send offer letters and assist candidates with pre-employment screening as needed.
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure all candidate communication is timely, accurate, and culturally sensitive.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment and onboarding workflows for greater efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication required).
  • Previous experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working across various platforms (e.g., ATS, HRIS, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and candidates.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
