Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WFH Pinterest Moderator to join our global team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and positive experience for users on the Pinterest platform by reviewing user-generated content, identifying violations of community guidelines, and taking appropriate action. This role focuses on maintaining the integrity of our online community and contributing to a secure and enjoyable environment for all users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review user-submitted content (pins, comments, boards) on Pinterest against established community guidelines and terms of service.
  • Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates policies, including removal, escalation, or flagging.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content moderation decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving community guidelines, policies, and platform features.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent application of moderation policies.
  • Provide feedback on content trends and potential policy gaps to improve overall community safety.
  • Handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with professionalism and resilience.
