We’re hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to support our team across sales operations, admin, reporting, team coordination, and day-to-day business tasks.

This role is best suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable managing recurring processes without needing constant supervision. You should be able to follow SOPs precisely, communicate clearly, and keep tasks moving across different areas of the business.

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, with some weekend hours required as needed.

A strong grasp of written and spoken English is required. You do not need to be a native speaker, but you must be able to write clearly, understand instructions well, ask good questions when needed, and communicate professionally with the team.

You should also have strong Google Sheets and/or Excel skills. We’re looking for someone who can confidently work with spreadsheets, organize data, format sheets so they look clean and easy to understand, use basic to intermediate formulas, reference data across sheets, and help maintain dependable tracking systems. You do not need to be an advanced spreadsheet expert, but you should be very comfortable working with sheets and making them clear, accurate, and useful.

Responsibilities may include:

Updating and maintaining sales, lead, expense, KPI, and team tracking sheets

Organizing and managing lead and funnel-related documents

Supporting daily admin tasks and recurring internal processes

Helping with team schedules, availability, reminders, and follow-ups

Supporting client setup and onboarding-related admin

Managing files, uploads, backups, and organized documentation

Assisting with billing, payments, commissions, and monthly tracking

Supporting closers, coaches, and other team members as needed

Learning new tools and following established workflows

Experience as a Virtual Assistant is preferred, especially if you have supported sales teams, operations teams, coaching businesses, agencies, or online businesses before.

The ideal person is proactive, consistent, careful with details, and able to take ownership of recurring tasks. We want someone who can become a reliable long-term part of the team.
