What To Expect The core responsibility of this role is engaging with customers in a consultative approach to influence the purchase of a Tesla product and provide support throughout the complete sales and delivery process. Activities can range from responding to inbound leads, to scheduling test drives, to coordinating delivery, to responding to new needs of the business. Candidates must be energetic, highly organized, and hard-working team players who are receptive to ongoing coaching. Qualified candidates may have a background in sales or customer service and can thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
