Join a leading information management provider as a Data Entry Operator , where you'll help manage and process physical records, ensuring secure handling and accurate tracking throughout the facility. Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $21/hr Location: Peabody, MA What's a typical day as a Data Entry Operator? Check data from completed forms and client documents for accuracy and completeness; enter information into the database. Complete all assigned data entry tasks within required timeframes while maintaining a high level of quality. Review assigned documents and adhere to protocols during data entry. Meet job-specific standards and production rates for data entry requirements. Provide direction or assistance to users regarding data requirements and paperwork status. Sort and file paperwork as needed. Perform related responsibilities, such as general office duties (typing, operating office machines, sorting mail). Notify management of any safety or operational concerns. Support and participate in all safety programs and procedures. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry boxes, bins, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Comfortable using standard warehouse equipment. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: 1-2 years in a warehouse, records management, or service-related environment preferred.
