Technical Writer II (Hybrid) Cognizant is looking to hire an experienced Technical Writer II Design, write, and edit documentation using AI tools to help customers understand and effectively use Cognizant TriZetto product. Job Location: Mesa, AZ, US Day-to-Day Responsibilities: ·         Design, write, and edit documentation using AI tools to help customers understand and effectively use Cognizant TriZetto products.   The documentation encompasses wiki topics, help topics, and videos, as well as traditional documents. ·         Work with software engineers, product designers, and other subject matter experts to determine information customers need to know about the product. ·         Participate in the Agile software development process and accurately follow stories to extract documentation. ·         Write and edit documentation describing new product features for end users and/or technical users, including conducting reviews to ensure accuracy of content. ·         Write and edit documentation describing new product features for end users and/or technical users, including conducting reviews to ensure accuracy of content. ·         Respond to customer comments received through wiki or other avenues. These will help you stand out: ·         Possess strong expertise in Omnistudio and SFDC Identity and Security with a proven track record of successful implementations. ·         Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud and SFDC Sharing and Visibility with a focus on enhancing user experience. ·         Have experience in Salesforce DevOps and SFDC Data management ensuring seamless deployment and data integrity. ·         Exhibit strong skills in SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration with the ability to design and implement complex integrations. ·         Show proficiency in SFDC Configuration and Salesforce Development and Customization with a focus on delivering tailored solutions. ·         Experience in the Provider domain is a plus offering valuable insights into industry-specific challenges and solutions.
