Responsibilities

  • Support Annual Strategic Planning Process: Combine internal and external intel on macro, market, and competitive events and trends (e.g., emerging business models, new capabilities, traditional and non-traditional / emerging players, ongoing M&A activity), distill key insights, and articulate relevant opportunities or threats for EFX
  • Help develop, refine, and improve strategy and operating model for Global D&A organization
  • Assist BUs in countries in developing and harmonizing strategy against Global Enterprise Priorities and vice versa
  • Partner with the business units/ countries on the highest priority strategic projects
  • Collaborate with BU/country teams across functions to assist in strategic projects (e.g., organic and inorganic expansion opportunities, go-to-market strategy, VOC/ customer needs assessment)
  • Advance Global D&A agenda by working closely with BU/country teams to define strategy and assist in creating mechanisms for execution and tracking (e.g., OKRs, KPIs)
  • Help identify global needs across geographies to guide Global D&A priorities and resources
  • Building out EFX’s AI strategy
  • Develop market, competitor, and customer intelligence to help inform Equifax’s strategy in AI
  • Leverage internal data to understand risks and opportunities in AI capabilities (e.g., market adoption of AI solutions)
  • Serve as a liaison with business units/ countries to understand needs and priorities that could be addressed and accelerated through the deployment of AI solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, math, or other quantitative field
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • 6-10 years of total work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in strategy roles, of which at least 3+ in top strategy-focused management consulting firms, with a proven track record of (a) leading strategy projects while working across multiple stakeholder groups and (b) defining and delivering a cross-enterprise strategy
  • Industry experience in Financial Services, preferably within the retail bank
  • Highly independent in thinking and framing problems, driven by intellectual curiosity
  • High degree of comfort on managing multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong quantitative and problem solving skills
  • Executive presence and comfort with presenting to senior executives, including c-suite
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align and coordinate internal resources
  • Refined skills in developing and delivering compelling presentations
  • High energy, with strong will and ambition to learn and work on new things
  • Experience with data analysis, visualization, and development of insights based on the data (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, etc.)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with consumer and/or business lending, credit, and/or fraud.
  • Experience in developing KPI and OKR programs.
  • Experience with KPI and OKR reporting software.
  • Experience with consumer and/or business lending, credit, and/or fraud
  • Occasional travel (2-4 times per year) to other countries or EFX locations in the U.S. is a possibility
