As online advertising transitions away from relying only on deterministic user level data for measurement and optimization, and as advertisers get more sophisticated in their ad spend ROI calculation techniques, Reddit is continuing to innovate by building a suite of advanced measurement products to meet these needs.At the core, these products combine traditional user level signals with experiment and modeling techniques for determining the impact of advertising. Products in this category include Conversion Lift, Split Testing, Brand Lift, Modeled Conversions and emerging forms of aggregate attributions. With strategic 3rd party partnerships, Reddit is also able to offer MTA, MMM integrations and Clean Room based measurement solutions, along with enabling 3rd party lift and incrementality offerings.Role description:As Reddit's Incrementality and Measurement Experimentation Platform PM you will apply your strong understanding of causal inference and experimental design techniques, as well as your passion for ads measurement, to build products that credibly demonstrate the value of Reddit Ads to advertisers. You will work with Reddit's current and potential advertisers across various segments, as well as with your cross functional partners, to develop a strong point of view on the core advertisers needs, and the surrounding ecosystem.You will directly own Reddit's Conversion Lift, Split Testing and Measurement Experimentation Platform products, and have full responsibility for both product strategy and execution. The top level impact metric for this role is Reddit's performance Ads revenue.This opportunity provides a platform for high impact and personal growth and presents very unique product and technical challenges that will put you at the forefront of next generation ads measurement products.
