Role Description The Remote Travel Advisor (Disney Niche) is a contract role responsible for planning and booking customized Disney vacations, including theme park visits, resort stays, cruises, and special experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and timelines; designing tailored itineraries; and managing all travel arrangements such as accommodations, tickets, transportation, and dining reservations. The advisor will provide proactive customer service, answer questions about Disney destinations and offerings, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable travel experience from initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up.

This is a fully remote role that also involves leveraging exclusive promotions, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality travel experiences.

Exceptional communication skills, including clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients and partners.

Experience with travel arrangements, such as booking accommodations, tickets, transportation, and managing itineraries.

Background or familiarity with travel agency operations, online booking tools, and vendor or supplier coordination.

In-depth interest in or knowledge of Disney destinations, products, and promotions (parks, resorts, cruises, and special events).

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple client inquiries, and meet deadlines consistently.
