Registered Dietitian (Work from home)

Other Jobs To Apply

REGISTERED DIETITIAN - this role is exclusively for CDR certified Dietitians

Kickoff is the only telehealth platform integrating nutrition, fitness, and wellness coaching — covered by insurance. We're hiring RDs who want a real career, not a side hustle.

WHY THIS ROLE

  • Work from home, set your own hours. Work from your home, flexible schedule. No commute, no clinic politics.
  • Real earning potential. $94K–$140K/year for full-time RDs after a 3–5 month ramp. Top-of-market hourly rate, plus longitudinal care pay and no-show fees.
  • W-2 employment + health insurance available. Start as a 1099 contractor; eligible to transition to W-2 with employer-subsidized health insurance within your first 2 months once you sustain 20+ client-facing hours/week and meet our performance bar. Prefer to stay 1099? That's fine too.
  • Clients come to you — we have unlimited demand. We handle all sourcing, insurance credentialing, billing, and scheduling. No prospecting, no selling, no admin lift. You see clients; we run the rest of the practice.
  • Integrated nutrition + exercise coaching, with clients ready for behavior change. The only platform combining evidence-based nutrition with personalized fitness programming and wellness habit building. Drive better outcomes and broaden your clinical skillset.
  • We expand your scope of practice. We help you get your Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification and help pay the cost. Coaches are required to certify within their first 3 months if they don't already hold one.

About Kickoff

Kickoff is the first and only platform integrating nutrition, fitness, and wellness coaching, covered by insurance. Most clients pay nothing out-of-pocket, which means fewer barriers to commitment and stronger long-term retention.

Our integrated model attracts a different kind of client — one ready to commit to real behavior change — and engages them across nutrition, fitness, and wellness. This is hard, rewarding work. It's a career, not a side hustle.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-impact nutrition and wellness coaching through structured telehealth video sessions
  • Design and manage personalized nutrition, fitness, and wellness programs for each client
  • Own client outcomes and long-term retention — weight management, chronic disease support, behavior change
  • Build coach–client relationships through consistent touchpoints via our app, messaging, and async video
  • Hold a high bar on care quality and contribute to the broader coach community

What We're Looking For

  • Active RD/RDN with current CDR registration
  • 1+ years of direct one-on-one client experience
  • CPT certification, or willingness to obtain one within your first 3 months (we help pay for it)
  • Strong emotional intelligence and a track record of engaging and retaining clients
  • Genuine interest in integrating fitness and exercise into comprehensive care
  • US-based, work from home
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 client-facing hours per week once ramped. Coaches who want to make Kickoff their primary professional role are preferred.
