Prep and Line Cook

Other Jobs To Apply

The Walpack Inn is hiring for a line cook position. Although the job is advertised as a full-time position, we have some flexibility and would consider an applicant with part-time availability.

We are a rustic country restaurant open only three days per week. Days of work include Thursday (prep only day), Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Approximately 35-40 hours/ week). Our kitchen is made up of a team of approximately 7 individuals. As a higher volume restaurant, we pride ourselves on serving a high quality, yet simple menu. Key menu items include our famous homemade bread and desserts, as well as a variety of steak and seafood dishes. Some of our menu items have been served since the 60's. This job requires one to be able to work in a fast-pace station on our line; however, we are willing to train a less experienced candidate that is dedicated to learning and advancing within the restaurant industry. It is important that applicants have the ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with others.
