About the Role

As a Remote Call Center Nurse RN, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking medical advice, triage, and support. Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.

Strong technical skills with ability to work with call center systems, EHR platforms, and digital communication tools.

Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment.

Preferred:

BSN or advanced nursing degree.

Prior experience in telehealth, case management, or call center nursing.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus.
