Responsibilities

  • Receive and review customer orders submitted via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Enter order details into the company’s order management system with precision.

  • Communicate promptly with internal teams and customers to clarify order details or resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and update status as needed.

Requirements
