You’ll work closely with leaders on tasks like reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and keeping data organized. You’ll also assist with sending exit surveys and updating trackers to monitor current apprentices and those exiting the program.<br><br>Beyond day-to-day tasks, you’ll have the chance to work on projects such as creating an external partnership tracker or developing training sessions for apprentices to support their ongoing skill development.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Assist with recruiting and hiring activities, including posting jobs in Workday, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and monitoring pre-employment steps.</p></li><li><p>Keep internal trackers up to date to ensure accurate data for workforce planning and program management.</p></li><li><p>Support coordination of training sessions, monthly calls, and other program events.</p></li><li><p>Assist with sending exit surveys and collecting feedback to improve programs.</p></li><li><p>Help maintain external partnership information and support outreach to schools for local talent pipelines.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with leaders on program initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to projects such as creating a partnership tracker or developing training sessions for apprentices.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><div><ul><li><p>Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program.</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; basic Excel skills for charts and data tables.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable using internet tools and web applications for research and communication.</p></li></ul></div><div><p></p><p><b>Desired Characteristics</b></p><ul><li><p>Previous experience in Human Resources: recruitment, learning & development, or program management.</p></li><li><p>Detail-oriented with a process-focused mindset.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Workday or other HR systems.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Smartsheet.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $15 - $20 an hour.
