Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Healthcare Data Entry Specialistto support key operational workflows related to provider referrals, patient data, and cohort management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with healthcare data platforms and will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity and timely activation of patients within our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provider Referral Activation
    Accurately input and update referral data received from healthcare providers into internal systems to initiate patient onboarding processes.
  • Patient Addition from Other Platforms
    Import and validate patient records from external platforms, ensuring completeness, consistency, and proper integration into our system.
  • Cohort List Review, Manipulation, and Uploading
    Review, clean, and manipulate patient cohort lists in Excel or CSV format to meet platform formatting requirements before uploading them into internal databases or applications.
  • Consented Patient Activation
    Cross-check consent documentation and ensure all required data points are correctly recorded before activating patient profiles in the system.
  • Client Reporting
    Generate, review, and distribute accurate and timely reports tailored to client specifications, using data extracted from internal systems.Collaborate with client success teams to clarify reporting needs and incorporate feedback into recurring or ad hoc reports.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • 1+ year experience in a data entry, healthcare administration, or related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and patient data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with data uploads and validation processes
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and workflows
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a remote or fast-paced environment

Compensation:
Salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
