Are you a motivated, licensed insurance professional ready to work remotely and grow with a top-performing Farmers Insurance Agency?

Cisneros Insurance Agency, a trusted and established Farmers Insurance Agency with over 25 years of consistent growth, is looking for an experienced Remote Licensed Sales Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will work directly with warm leads and existing clients not cold calls to help them protect what matters most. You will focus on cross-selling and expanding coverage for our current policyholders while also managing inbound leads provided by the agency.

This is a results-driven position ideal for someone confident in sales conversations, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences. We do business primarily in California and are also licensed in Arizona and Texas.

Salary Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Make warm outbound calls to existing Farmers Insurance clients to review their coverage and offer cross-sell opportunities (home, auto, and additional lines).
  • Contact and follow up with agency-provided leads and internet leads to convert new sales opportunities.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.
  • Manage leads and client records using Nexsure, the agency's CRM, and internal systems.
  • Maintain a professional and proactive communication style in all client interactions.
  • Stay up to date with Farmers products, underwriting guidelines, and state insurance requirements.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals, with a minimum expectation of $40,000 in written premium per month.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.

Requirements
  • Active CA Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (required).
  • Minimum 1 year of insurance industry experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and maintain consistent performance.
  • Must be comfortable receiving and working internet leads efficiently.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, as many of our clients are Spanish-speaking.
  • Strong understanding of auto and home insurance products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined able to perform effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet, computer, and quiet workspace.
