Customer Service Agent - (Remote / Full-time / Afternoon & Evening)Seedbox is looking for a full-time customer service agent for our afternoon & evening shift. As a customer service agent, you will champion our brand, and support Seedbox in achieving their business goals by engaging with clients to help them find resolution to their issue swiftly and efficiently.A notable aspect of this role is that the customer service phone line wraps up at 5 p.m., leaving you with only the initial three hours of your shift to handle calls. Beyond that, it's smooth sailing with emails and chats exclusively.
