In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to keep their financials on track, make sense of reports, and provide practical advice that makes a real difference in their businesses.</p><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Be Doing:</p><p> • Advising owners on financial operations like cash flow, accounts payable, job/project costing, and budget vs. actuals.</p><p> • Reviewing and explaining profit & loss statements, balance sheets, year-over-year trends, and red flags in a clear and approachable way.</p><p> • Preparing Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports and project-level payables reports to help clients stay on top of costs.</p><p> • Using QuickBooks Online to organize and analyze financial data (experience here is a big plus).</p><p> • Leading virtual client meetings with professionalism and confidence.</p><p> • Collaborating with our team while also taking ownership and accountability for your work.</p><p> • Building genuine, professional relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.</p><p><br></p><p>What We’re Looking For:</p><p> • Construction bookkeeping or accounting experience is highly preferred.</p><p> • Strong background with QuickBooks Online is a big plus.</p><p> • Someone who can turn financial data into clear, actionable insights.</p><p> • Comfortable presenting financials in virtual meetings with professionalism and clarity.</p><p> • A team player who values accountability, integrity, and follow-through.</p><p> • Someone who enjoys working with small and medium-sized business owners and understands the challenges they face.</p><p><br></p><p>Who You Are:</p><p><br></p><p>You’re detail-oriented and analytical, but also approachable and down-to-earth.
