Outside Sales Executive – Uncapped Earning Potential!

What You’ll Do

  • Hunt down new business in key markets: healthcare, hospitality, education, industrial, and commercial facilities.
  • Create and execute your own sales strategy to grow your territory.

  • Work alongside senior leadership to push aggressive growth goals.
  • Deliver powerful proposals and presentations that close deals.
  • Network, market, and position yourself as the go-to solutions partner in your area.

What It Takes to Win

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in janitorial or related industries (HVAC, landscaping, paving, etc.) preferred.
  • Proven track record of crushing sales quotas.
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.
  • Outgoing personality with top-tier communication skills.
  • A self-starter who’s competitive, ambitious, and driven to succeed.
  • Bonus: estimating skills (but we’ll teach you if you don’t have them).
