The team will provide prompt and professional service to fulfill the client?s request. This will include providing benefit and coverage information, setting up a new claim, and providing information on the status of an existing claim. These services are provided real time Monday through Friday from 7 am to 7 pm central time.Basic Qualifications:? High school diploma or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:Key qualities that we are seeking include:? A record of providing outstanding customer service (1+ years preferred)? Excellent verbal and written communication skills? Attention to detail and accuracy in gathering and entering information into a system?
