Behind these brands is our full-stack D2C platform: manufacturing, distribution, and a growing tech team building the apps and digital infrastructure that power seamless customer experiences.

Position Overview

Own and scale Amazon as a key growth engine for Nysonian’s portfolio (Nobl Travel and Flo Pilates). You’ll manage the full channel — from PPC strategy and optimization to creative direction and promo alignment — ensuring Amazon becomes a top-performing acquisition channel, not just a brand destination. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives inside Seller Central, makes data-backed moves daily, and thrives in fast feedback loops. You’ll also collaborate closely with Paid, GTM, and SEO teams to make sure every campaign, launch, and promotion is fully juiced across channels.

What You'll Do

  • Fully own the Amazon growth channel — PPC, listings, creative strategy, and analytics.

  • Manage seven-figure monthly ad budgets across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP.

  • Build, test, and optimize non-brand acquisition campaigns at scale while improving efficiency and ROI.

  • Handle all PPC levers directly — keyword targeting, bid strategies, segmentation, dayparting, and automation rules.

  • Continuously improve performance and efficiency through testing, iteration, and analytics.

  • Collaborate with Paid Media, GTM, and SEO to align campaigns, launches, and promos across the portfolio.

  • Partner with the creative team to plan and request assets (A+ content, listing imagery, video, brand stores) based on performance insights.

  • Understand and apply Amazon SEO principles, collaborating closely with the internal SEO Director for advanced keyword and ranking strategies.

  • Identify growth opportunities across categories, competitors, and keywords using Helium10, DataHawk, Seller Central analytics, and other advanced tools.

  • Work with Ops and Supply Chain to ensure inventory alignment and forecast accuracy.

  • Report weekly to the CMO on performance, learnings, and growth opportunities.

What “Great” Looks Like (KPIs)

  • Amazon share of total revenue increased from 8% to 15%+

  • At least 30% of Amazon sales from non-brand acquisition.

  • Month-over-month growth in sales, conversion, and keyword rankings.

  • Clear collaboration with Paid, GTM, and SEO to drive cross-channel impact.

  • Consistent reporting on efficiency and growth KPIs with actionable insights.

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of direct, hands-on Amazon PPC and growth management experience.

  • Proven success managing $1M+/month ad budgets with strong performance results.

  • Deep mastery of Sponsored Ads (Products, Brands, Display) and DSP.

  • Expert-level understanding of keyword strategy, ranking mechanics, and Amazon

SEO fundamentals.

  • Proficiency in Helium10, Seller Central analytics, and automation tools.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data daily.

  • Skilled in working cross-functionally with Paid, GTM, SEO, and Creative teams.

  • Hands-on mentality — personally manages campaigns and optimizations, not just

  • Oversight

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience scaling DTC or multi-brand Amazon accounts.

  • Familiarity with DSP remarketing, attribution, and off-platform alignment.

  • Background in consumer products, travel, lifestyle, or home categories.
