We are seeking an experienced After Market Product Professional to drive our aftermarket product strategy and business growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and customer needs assessment to maximize revenue opportunities in the aftermarket segment.

What You'll Do :

Provide production support for systems used by the monetization team

Support system transitions, upgrades, and new implementations

Collaborate with Business Systems, IT, Operations, and 3PL partners to improve supply chain processes

Troubleshoot system issues, manage defects, and ensure smooth operations

Support direct-to-consumer sales channels, including platforms like eBay and other marketplaces

Assist with QA / UAT activities to ensure system accuracy and functionality

What We're Looking For :

Experience in production support and system troubleshooting

SAP ECC and / or S4 HANA expertise

Familiarity with Rithum or similar applications

Knowledge of reverse or circular supply chain processes

Experience with direct-to-consumer marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, BackMarket, etc.)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes and recommend solutions

QA / UAT experience and ability to communicate complex technical issues to business stakeholders
