Administrative Assistant, Corporate Office

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our corporate team. As a vital part of our administrative staff, you'll be instrumental in managing multiple projects and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to professionalism.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the corporate office.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects efficiently.
Handle various office tasks, demonstrating strong basic office skills.
Utilize QuickBooks for various financial tasks.
Assist with Human Resources functions.
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and correspondence.
Handle incoming calls and communications professionally.

Requirements

QuickBooks experience is required.
Human Resources experience is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong telephone etiquette.
Proficient typing and word processing skills.
Demonstrated documentation, administrative writing, and reporting skills.
High level of dependability and professionalism.
Exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Payroll experience.
Rental Property Management experience.
Accounts Receivable experience.

Salary

This position offers a competitive salary of $16 - $21 per hour, depending on experience.
