<p>Restoration Hardware seeks an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team and bring fresh ideas to our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays in our retail stores that inspire customers and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for fashion and retail, and a deep appreciation for the Restoration Hardware brand.To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, a bachelor’s degree in fashion, art, or design, and an understanding of the retail industry. You should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be comfortable working independently, and have the ability to think creatively. Responsibilities: Develop visual displays that capture the Restoration Hardware brand and inspire customers to make purchases. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and recommend innovative ideas for displays. Follow company guidelines and procedures for visual merchandising. Monitor customer feedback and adjust displays accordingly. Work with store managers to ensure that visual standards are met. Create and maintain a safe and organized environment in the store. Train and manage junior visual merchandisers. Participate in store events and sales promotions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that displays accurately reflect upcoming promotions and products.
