About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Influencer Marketing and Paid Media. Additionally, the role involves fostering department growth, building and mentoring high-performing teams, and leading the agency\'s thought leadership in influencer marketing and paid media. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 10 years\' experience in leading influencer marketing and paid media programs within a PR, social, or integrated agency environment. The role demands a strong track record in client management, team leadership, and the development of integrated strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the creator economy, be adept at defining success frameworks, and have experience in driving influencer and paid media strategy for new business.
