Our client, a dynamic and growing retail company, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize its distribution and warehousing operations. This role is critical for ensuring the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers, managing inventory, and streamlining logistics processes. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of supply chain management principles, strong analytical skills, and proven experience in managing warehouse operations and transportation. This is an on-site position requiring full-time presence at our **Columbus, Ohio, US** distribution center. Responsibilities include managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations; implementing and improving logistics strategies and processes; optimizing inventory levels and ensuring accuracy; coordinating with transportation carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery; managing a team of warehouse staff; ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies; and analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction. You will also work closely with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a management role.
