This program offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to data-driven decision-making and AI-powered solutions within one of the fastest-growing global real estate investment firms <br><b>What You\'ll Experience </b> <br>As a Summer Analyst, you\'ll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced team that leverages data and AI to support capital raising strategy, operations, and innovation. Your responsibilities will include: <br><ul><li>Conduct research on sources of investor capital; design customized strategies to effectively target capital </li> </ul><br><ul><li>Supporting the development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to inform business decisions. </li> </ul><br><ul><li>Assisting in the design and implementation of AI models and automation tools. </li> </ul><br><ul><li>Helping prepare materials that communicate insights and strategic recommendations. </li> </ul><br><ul><li>Participating in special projects that explore the use of AI in capital raising and investor support. </li> </ul><br><b>What You Bring </b> <br>We\'re looking for candidates who are analytical, curious, and eager to apply technology to solve real-world problems. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations. <br>Bridge is a leading, vertically-integrated real estate investment manager, diversified across specialized asset classes.
