Title: Sr. Solution Architect - Core Payments Processing

Pay Range:$900.00-$925.00 Per Day

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Solution Architect with expertise in core payments processing. 
This remote contract role involves defining architectural vision and leading technical design for payment platforms. 
The position requires a technical leader who can translate business needs into secure, scalable, and resilient technical solutions using industry-standard technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end technical solutions for new features and enhancements in core payments processing systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into a documented technical architecture.
Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
Research and evaluate new technologies to improve system performance and security.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a solutions or enterprise architect role.
Proven experience in designing large-scale, distributed systems within the financial services or payments industry.
Deep expertise in the core payments processing lifecycle, including authorization, settlement, and reconciliation.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive consensus across teams.
