<p>POSITION:                 Sr. Business Analyst - Procurement (9401488)</p> <p>JOB LOCATION: <strong>     </strong>10353 Richmond Avenue, Houston, Texas 77042 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may telecommute/work from home]</p> <p> </p> <p>Sr. Business Analyst - Procurement needed by National Oilwell Varco, L.P. in Houston, Texas [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may telecommute/work from home] to provide Oracle Cloud Functional design solution for the Procurement Streams. Configure and support the Oracle Cloud Procurement system with a global footprint and complex system. Lead in troubleshooting and analyzing production issues, including documentation of the root cause and configuration changes required to resolve. Lead efforts for new implementations, enhancements, and production support. Collaborate with core business partners to identify efficiencies in existing processes utilizing system configurations and automation. Crate service requests with Oracle and work with developers, DBAs, and Oracle to resolution. Develop solutions to leverage Oracle applications functionality for the Oracle Supply Chain Suite of Modules. Interpret and convert data based on business requirements and shepherd the data for delivery. Work with existing systems to track and manage issues and enhancement opportunities. Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts and performs functional testing. Understand and modify the Application Configuration as required (includes system setups, flexfields, profile options, etc.). Conduct user sessions for requirements and testing. <span>  </span> </p> <p> </p> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation implementing Oracle R12/Cloud ERP; using life cycle Oracle R12/Oracle Cloud Fusion Projects implementations as a Functional Solution Architect or Functional Lead; and utilizing client facing experience, including leading assessments, demos, client pre-sales, solution architecture, functional solution design.</p>
