Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to work as a remote Chat Agent at our U.S. Member Services Center. As a Chat Agent, you will be responsible for responding to a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about Costco.com and our services. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to a high volume of incoming customer chats and reputed company reputed company and effective solutions to their queries.
