Full-time 100% Remote Bilingual Client Service Rep Position
$16 per Hour + Bonus Pay (APPLICANT MUST SPEAK SPANISH)

Work Schedules:
8AM-4:30PM EST, 10AM-6:30PM EST, 12:30PM-9PM EST

G.R.T. Financial is a dynamic and growing company that assists clients with their debt settlement programs. G.R.T. is seeking a compassionate and responsible Client Service Representative help answer questions related to consumer debt and their program. Individuals should possess a strong attention to detail and be able to work both independently and as a team. Responsibilities:

  • Takes incoming telephone calls from clients

  • Makes outbound calls to clients providing updates and answering questions.

  • Responds appropriately to client concerns and questions

  • Deliver accurate descriptions of product and/or service to clients

  • Navigate computer systems to properly assist the customer and locate customer data or other electronic information

  • Accurately document client comments and status updates in CRM system

  • Coordinate with other departments to request and provide client assistance as necessary

  • Maintain a high level of service with clients and meet performance targets.

  • Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with team members

  • Maintain a strong attention to detail

Qualification:

  • Exhibits a passion and commitment to great customer service by consistently delivering excellent service to every client

  • Intermediate typing and math skills to meet production needs of the position.

  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, read, analyze, and interpret documents, understand procedures, write correspondence, and speak clearly to members and employees

  • Experience in F.D.C.P.A. Guidelines a plus

  • History of excellent time and attendance

  • Collections experience a plus

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in written format at a high level.

  • Effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • General knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Outlook
