Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate interview reports for clarity, accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
  • Perform quality audits on interview recordings to ensure adherence to Risebirds evaluation and scoring guidelines.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors in interviewer submissions and provide actionable feedback.
  • Ensure interview outcomes meet defined standards for content, tone, structure, and decision quality.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of QC findings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Interview Operations, Talent Panel, and Product teams to enhance quality frameworks.
  • Escalate critical quality issues related to interviewer performance or content accuracy.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of quality benchmarks across the interview lifecycle.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations, HR Operations, Audit, or Process Review roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment skills.
  • Ability to review structured reports and audio/video recordings objectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and internal tools/platforms.
  • Ability to provide constructive and professional feedback.
