<div><strong>About the role</strong><br/><br/>The Project Manager provides consulting services for our client accounts to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Projects vary from small to large-sized projects for IT infrastructure construction and AV upgrades within occupied corporate office facilities nationally.<br/><br/>This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. Construction projects consist of new builds, site relocations, office re-stacks, technology upgrades, and special client expansion project requests. May require up to 25% overnight travel throughout the US.<br/><br/><strong>What you'll do</strong><br/><br/>Manage all areas of project management for technical commercial real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.<br/><br/>Interface directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.<br/><br/>Document the IT requirements by collaborating with the project team to define technology solutions.<br/><br/>Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.<br/><br/>Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.<br/><br/>Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.<br/><br/>Direct the project delivery team including architects, engineers, and vendor/contractors by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals.<br/><br/>Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.<br/><br/>Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.<br/><br/>Apply knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.<br/><br/>Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge for your job subject area and broad understanding of several job fields within the function.<br/><br/>Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.<br/><br/>Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.<br/><br/><strong>What you'll need</strong><br/><br/>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future<br/><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.</li><li>IT construction experience in the areas of network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, audio visual, security access and monitoring, and sound masking.</li><li>General knowledge of leases, contracts and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and MS Project</li></ul><br/><br/>Role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Vision Insurance</div>
