CBRE GWS delivers consistent, measurably superior outcomes for our clients at every stage of the lifecycle, and across industries and geographies.<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br><br></strong>The purpose of this position is to support individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for the delivery of projects.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br><br></strong>Supports all facets of project management efforts (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.<br><br>Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standard documents affecting real estate projects, including agreements/contracts, surveys, and drawings.<br><br>Lead, track, and coordinate project related work orders via a client-provided work order system. This includes furniture, small moves, and team moves as determined and assigned.<br><br>Maintains efficient, timely, and professional communication with our clients, vendors, and peers.<br><br>Interact directly with clients and the project team to define project requirements. Prepares project-related documents, vendor resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.<br><br>Identifies project resources from pre-qualified lists; Conducts simple requests for proposals; completes bid analysis with management support. Recommends resources to the project team.<br><br>Supports project delivery resources/team (typically smaller team) providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.<br><br>Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings.<br><br>Implements project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensures project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.<br><br>Supervises the progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and timelines. Reports status and variances. Builds action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.<br><br>Implements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure Client approvals, and issue change orders.
