Fostering healthier communities. <strong><br></strong></p><h4><strong>Role Description:</strong></h4><p><span>• </span>To implement the Clinisys Software and associated applications into laboratories and other clients as directed by the Project Manager to satisfy the customer and business requirements</p><p><span>• </span>To act in a consultative role, with the customer, in configuring the Clinisys Software to enhance the workflow of the laboratory.</p><p><span>• </span>To lead on analyser interfacing with the customer</p><p><span>• </span>To be an instrumental element in the functional development of the Clinisys Products.</p><p><span>• </span>To keep abreast of ongoing and future Laboratory regulations, working practices, products and technologies.</p><p><span>• </span>To actively advocate, initiate, and implement quality improvement measures/projects in conjunction with the Delivery leadership.</p><p><span>• </span>Where applicable to carry out project-based activity as directed to satisfy the customer and business requirements.</p><p></p><h4><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></h4><p><span>• </span>To comply with the Clinisys codes of conduct and guidelines.</p><p><span>• </span>To understand, comply and develop with customer and Clinisys procedures, working practices and directives in a timely manner.</p><p><span>• </span>To understand our Customers’ workflow, advise and assist with Clinisys products and configuration to facilitate these needs.</p><p><span>• To map, configure, troubleshoot, and connect analysers to the relevant middleware and Winpath LIMS</span></p><p><span>• </span>To be fully conversant with the functionality of the product of your discipline</p><p><span>• </span>To be conversant with the core functionality of all products</p><p><span>• </span>Assist Project manager with the implementation; that will include time management, resource planning and working with Customer representatives.</p><p><span>• </span>Use AI‑enabled tools to support project delivery activities, including task planning, time management, status reporting, customer workshops, and preparation of customer and leadership‑level summaries, in support of efficient and high‑quality implementations within an AI‑first operating environment.</p><p><span>• </span>Apply and advocate responsible AI usage in delivery and customer engagements, ensuring day‑to‑day use of AI tools aligns with Clinisys’ AI governance, data protection, and quality standards, and escalating any risks, concerns, or non‑compliance to the Project Manager or Delivery leadership.</p><p><span>• </span>Consistently meet and sustain performance against the established utilization target, ensuring optimal time allocation on projects while minimizing non-productive periods.</p><p><span>• </span>Comprehend the Customers’ requirements as specified in the Project Initiation Document (PID).</p><p><span>• </span>Contribute to the development of the Software product</p><p><span>• </span>To make recommendations based on customer feedback with regard to software changes and enhancements.</p><p><span>• </span>Deliver relevant training courses for key users, as required.</p><p><span>• </span>To attend team meetings and agreed training courses.</p><p><span>• </span>To be responsive to reasonable requests from your line manager or project managers.</p><p><span>• </span>Contribute to and support team members and build knowledge base.</p><p></p><h4><span><strong>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:</strong></span></h4><p><strong>Skills needed to be successful</strong></p><p><span>• </span>BMS 2 or above status in the UK Healthcare sector.</p><p><span>• </span>Equivalent standing or experience in other sectors such as life sciences and public health</p><p><span>• </span>Ability to travel throughout the UK and where appropriate, abroad</p><p><span>• </span>Driving Licence</p><p><span>• </span>A working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes. With a good understanding of core AI concepts and demonstrable ability to use AI tools to support day-to-day tasks.</p><p><span>• </span>Strong motivational skills – can deliver the tasks in difficult circumstances</p><p><span>• </span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including communicating with technical and non-technical clients and staff at all organisational levels</p><p><span>• </span>High levels of commitment and ability to take action when necessary</p><p><span>• </span>Ability and willingness to work independently</p><p><span>• </span>Customer service skills</p><p><span>• </span>Ability to create and deliver executive-level summary reports and presentations</p><p><span>• </span>IT trained, experience in HL7, integration products e.g. Rhapsody, or experience of XML, Java scripting would be also useful</p><p><strong>Required Experience & Education</strong></p><p><span>• </span>Bachelor’s degree</p><p><span>• </span>Experience within an IT or software providers organisation or implementation</p><p><span>• </span>Moderate experience in a project management environment is desirable</p><p><span>• </span>Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience providing the knowledge/skills/abilities listed above may be substituted</p><p><strong><em><br></em></strong></p><p><em>This role requires a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes. A core understanding of AI concepts is required and must be able to demonstrate the use of AI tools in a professional setting. </em><br></p><p><strong>Onboarding</strong><br>As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment.
