Your New Role:

Warner Brothers Discovery is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee the performance, governance, and strategic alignment of initiatives across seven technology business units. This role plays a critical part in enabling proactive decision-making and ensuring the successful execution of the technology portfolio. The Portfolio Manager will use the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) platform and related BI tools to track, analyse, and communicate the health of programs and projects—ensuring transparency on scope, schedule, budget, ROI, resource allocation, and delivery readiness. The ideal candidate will blend analytical acumen with a strategic mindset to support executive visibility and drive alignment to enterprise priorities.

Your Role Accountabilities:

Lead Portfolio Governance:

Establish and oversee a structured governance framework to ensure programs and projects align with enterprise goals, deliver expected value, and adhere to

compliance and risk management standards.

Drive Portfolio Performance Management:

Monitor and report on key portfolio-level performance indicators

Own Strategic Portfolio Reporting:

Design and deliver executive-level dashboards and reports using ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to provide insight into portfolio health, performance trends, investment ROI, and delivery risks.

Enable Resource & Capacity Planning:

Partner with resource managers to proactively forecast demand, identify resource gaps, and optimize allocation across initiatives

Ensure Data Integrity and Consistency:

Champion portfolio data accuracy and standardization across business units

Advance Portfolio Maturity:

Introduce and institutionalize portfolio management best practices and maturity models that improve visibility, governance, agility, and value realization across the organization.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in portfolio management, project

  • governance, or strategic PMO roles within a technology environment

  • Deep understanding of portfolio analytics and project performance

  • metrics, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM or similar

  • platforms.

  • Proficiency in business intelligence and data tools (e.g., Microsoft

  • Relevant certifications such as PMI-PMP, SAFe Program Consultant

  • (SPC), or ServiceNow SPM Certification are a strong plus
