Job Responsibility:

help pharmacists in checking prescriptions and dispensing records of drugs
Always keep all patient records, medication logs and inventory data up-to-date
Communicate with patients via call or email regarding their prescriptions, dosage instructions and general queries.
Track stock levels and inform the supply team when medicines need to be reordered
Make sure all pharmacy work follows healthcare regulations and internal policies
Handle data entry, documentation, and daily reporting tasks
Work with the pharmacy team to make sure daily operations run without delays
Flag any errors or issues in prescriptions or records to the pharmacist immediately

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass, a degree or diploma in pharmacy assistance is an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical terms and common medicines
  • Good computer skills — you will work on pharmacy management software daily
  • Careful and organized — accuracy in this job is very important
  • Clear written and spoken communication in English or Hindi
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time without missing details
  • Strict about patient privacy — all medical data must be kept confidential

Experience

Freshers can apply, training will be provided before you start working live
Prior experience in a pharmacy, hospital, clinic, or healthcare admin role is preferred
Candidates with data entry or medical billing experience will also be considered
Willingness to learn new software and follow updated procedures is a must

Salary Details

  • Fresher: ₹280,000 per year
  • (1 to 2 years' experience) ₹360,000 – ₹420,000 per year
  • (3 or more years) Experience: Up to ₹480,000 per year

Performance-based incentives are paid monthly on top of the fixed salary. Salary review happens every year based on work quality and attendance.

Working Hours

  • Full-time: 8 hours per day
  • Flexible shift options available
  • Must be available for your scheduled shift every day
  • Occasional urgent tasks may come outside shift hours — you should be open to this
  • 5 to 6 working days per week depending on the process assigned

Work From Home Requirements

  • Personal laptop or desktop in good working condition
  • Stable internet connection — no frequent disconnections
  • A quiet space at home to take calls and focus on data work
  • Basic software like MS Excel, MS Word, or Google Docs already installed
  • Willingness to download and use pharmacy management tools provided by the company
